Protect Folder With Password

Trying to find normal software. Can't find anything good.
I need software which gonna lock folder with password (NOT HIDE or move somewhere).
Tried lots of softwares but nothing good. Why there is no normal software for things like this on Windows? For android mobile there is "Gallery Vault" which works great, but sadly nothing normal for Windows. Maybe u know & I didn't search well?
P.S. It would be nice even if Microsft would put that feature without third party companies in Windows.

I use a program called VeraCrypt when I need to password protect a folder. Here's a link if you want to check it out. VeraCrypt - Home If you don't want to install it you can choose the option to extract the files instead of installing the program.

Oh, I tried that one, but was hard to understand for me. I will give it a try again now. Let's see if I can manage to protect folders with password.
