Sounds to me like you may need their support to get it reinstalled.
Knowledge Base - KidsWatch™ - Parental Control Software KidsWatch™ – Parental Control Software
If you can't find these components installed on the system, they will have to help you get rid of them (appears to be part of their software).

Does anyone have any ideas, need to get this fixed asap....and developers very slow to respond......

Have copied relevant APPDATA and Program data from another pc with a working kidswatch, but I now have a different problem, got message that kidswatch database is missing or corrupted and to reinstall....so reinstalled and asked to restart PC, the same message......

Is there such a thing as a program which would monitor program changes and show which files are altered/ written ?

then I could make time changes to my PC kidswatch and find where the database is stored and may be copy it over and get to run......

    HELP Please

There are such programs, yes - people who evaluate viruses/malware use them all the time. I've never used them. You can google such programs and see which you want to use. Here's one I found:
How To Monitor File And Folder Changes in Windows
It doesn't appear to evaluate the registry though. Sorry that's all I can offer,

    Thanks

Another idea I had was using something like comodo program manager, apparently it can monitor an install, so I can see which files are created....but it can also create a fresh installer program from the installed files, using this may then skip the issues I have with the original installer.....won't make checks for this and that bit just install the files..

Trouble is cant get it to install /run on Windows 10 is there another program that will do this for me ?

    cheers
