    Format Factory Program

    Hello,
For a long time I use "Format Factory" program, in general it handls video, audio, and pictures.
Recently I updated it by uninstalling the old version and installing the newer version.
Now here is a strange thing: When I open the program for the first time of the day, the program opens and I get some notice about a script error (as attached screenshot), I click on the 'No' and its gone. Continue to work with the program like nothing happened, get results as I asked. The next time when I open the program on the same day, this notice does not come again.
Now FYI, in the notice mentioned 'Bezeqint.net ...' - this is my internet provider.
Can somebody explain me what is this strange behaveiour, the program works fine.
AV is always in the background, firewall is 'on'.
    Answers will be appreciated
    Thanks
    Motim

I think that is related to a feature that your ISP provides, Some kind of firewall

Since all the info I found on it looks like it is written in a foreign language to me ( Isreal ? ) its not easy for me to tell you exactly.

If you want to stop it I would suggest disabling any software they gave you or change your DNS server.

If you Google or go to
    Code:
    https://campaign.bezeqint.net/campains/2016/cyberwall/
    you may find more info.

    Hello,
    Thanks for the answer.
Well, I Google searched according to the Code above and came to the site of my internet provider, and yes, you guessed right, its in Hebrew, and I live in Israel.
To chk, just opened the program - still off line, and the notice came up.
Interesting, no other program on my computer behaves like this one.
Then something came to my mind - maybe the program is trying to connect somewhere out and my internet provider's CyberWall (or whatever) stops it. So I opened the program's files location (in program files) and found there in 'Package' folder this file :"PTInstOnlinr.exe", made a Google search about this file and found it was developed by "Free Time", the program's house.
Ran virus chk on this file - it is clean
Searched about this file and found in some places about it:

After reading I decided to send this file to the recycle bin, started normaly the program.
I will see how it behaves on the next time when turning my pc on again.
    Again, thanks for the answer.

Ya I thought of that after I posted -- that the program was trying to reach a website but the program probably can't run java so that error came up.

It does not mean the program is malicious, It could be but maybe not I don't know. If it was then your ISP did you a favor.

    Hello,
Looks like this file (PTInstOnline.exe) is the 'trouble maker', because after I deleted it, started my computer, started that program, and that error notice did not come again.
I wonder why 'Free Time' put it there, before writing my question to this forum I sent an e-mail to 'Free Time' but they did not answer.
    Thanks.
