Hello App

I have a Desktop with an external camera.

Why can I install "Hello"?

Other Info: This is a FULL MS Win 10 on a Intel Compute Stick. I plugs into the HDMI port on the back of the Samsung Smart TV Using a USB Hub, an external DVD drive, Backup 240GB SSD drive, & USB dongle for Keyboard, mouse pad.

Hi Tully.
Windows Hello only works with a "RealSense" camera with biometric identification inbuilt that will recognise you either facially or by fingerprint.
