Onedrive has possesed all my PC's.Help!

Hi, maybe not as dramatic as it sounds but, It seems that for whatever reason One drive has taken over my libraries on my main PC, then when it syncs with one of my other devices it dumps the items into the recycle bin. to explain,
I have, Main gaming/htpc in the lounge, a HP AIO in the bedroom and a Surface pro 3,
I noticed the other day that BF1 was being particularly buggy didn't think to much of it as i assumed it was a network problem, later that day i was using the AIO when i noticed that the recycle bin was full on opening it it contained nearly 2000 items all from BF1 and onedrive so i deleted them but they came back with a bunch of mates so now i have 3000 items, i then went and checked the gaming PC and found that onedrive had completely taken over the libraries to the point where any attempt to do anything with them prompted a you cant do that as you don't have permissions message.
I have tried various methods to regain permissions none of which have worked, which is leading me to the point (as i cant waste too much time on this) of doing a reinstall of Win10 not ideal but!, that being said any one any ideas as to what were or why this happened.
I use onedrive occasionally but more often use onenote for relevent saves, onedrive when it was initially installed was left with stock settings and i never touch them.

    Any help appreciated.

I hope not otherwise its on all my devices that uses onedrive.
Of course it could just be the usual helpfulness that is microsoft?not.
Not happy at the moment just checked again over 5000 items now in the recycle bin. Disabled onedrive on the main PC deleted the files in the web app, deleted the files in all the PC's, running anti malware every where, But still looks as though i'm going to have to reinstall win10 on the main PC as it will take too long to fix the libraries and even then i'm not convinced that it will be a permanent fix.
As much as i like some of what it does the statements/instructions that are available are too ambiguous, in some cases i never know if i delete something if it's just in one drive or everywhere.
