    Glass8 Error

I need help with this program called Glass8.

I wanted this Windows 7 Aero-ey look back in windows 10, and i remember this worked in Windows 8, so I installed it, and it seems okay, but I didnt really like it in windows 10, so then once I uninstalled it, it ruined the border, the close, minimize, and maximize buttons, the explorer buttons and looks, and the start menu button.

I already tried to do a system restore, but it failed.

Hi, you might be lucky if you run SFC /SCANNOW - it depends how the effect has been applied.

Otherwise, try an in-place upgrade repair install.

This is why using disk imaging routinely is so important- it gives you a relatively quick way to restore your PC to a previously working state - even if your disk fails. We repeatedly and strongly recommend e.g. Macrium Reflect (free) + its boot medium + external storage for disk images.

If you want transparency, try Aeroglass:

I like AeroGlass, looks great, after coaxing it a couple times to run properly.
The double text on modern apps is a bummer, but...

Too many shell extensions, I guess! lol Combination of 'Old New Explorer' and 'TBar Icon Blanker'.
