    One Drive - Uninstall

i posted this in another thread but did not get a reply.

I have unticked 'Start OneDrive when I sign into windows' in the OneDrive App. But OneDrive still appears in File Explorer.

    According to the tutorial '
How to Add or Remove OneDrive in Navigation Pane of File Explorer in Windows 10' to uninstall OneDrive, the fix seems to be to go into your registry?

But when I go to 'Settings' / "Apps & Features" and navigate to OneDrive and click on it, there is an option to Uninstall.

Everybody says OneDrive is part of win 10? Well what happens when you click Uninstall?

    Does it disappear for good?

Are you signed in to onedrive on the web? Most of that info in your thread is about the windows 10 app and not onedrive itself.

    Hello Jeddie, :)

If you like, you could also use the method in the tutorial below to disable OneDrive integration in Windows 10 to effectively remove it.

No I am not signed into One Drive.
@Brink I understand I can go into either Group Policy Or via a Reg file.

But my question remains unanswered? What happens if I click 'Uninstall' on the App?

Did this Uninstall "Apps & Features" / "OneDrive" and it seems to work fine... for now!

Just wait until the next update to see if it gets added back.
