How to reinstall Windows Store App and other default Windows apps?

Did a fresh install of Windows 10 recently and usually after I finish the setup I uninstall programs and apps that I do not use, this includes many of the default Windows apps. This time, I accidentally uninstalled the Photos and the Windows Store app. I've contacted official Microsoft support and their solution is to reinstall or repair Windows 10. I'd prefer to not do that. So, I'd like to know if there is any place I can find an installer for the Windows Store or specific applications.

I'm afraid that the apps' packages appear to be gone to be able to reinstall them.

If you have a restore point dated before you uninstalled the apps available, then you could do a system restore to go back to the restore point.

If not, then easiest way to restore them without losing anything is to do a repair install. Unfortunately, you'll have to uninstall the apps you don't want again afterwards.
