packard bell quick access wont remove cause of RmSvc

i have scanned with tdsskiller and roguekiller and both found nothing about RmSvc or mqsvc.

i think that i know that these two (rmsvc and mqsvc) are part of windows. now why would packard bell quick access when uninstalling try to remove these? says i have to make sure i have enough privileges, " do you have enough privileges to remove this " it is still installed i can't remove it.

bloatware that i never use on a packard bell laptop.

i figured out something new. airplane mode wont turn off. so somehow that file rmsvc has been locked by something that got on to the computer. now i need to open the airplane mode and see what that leads to.

I'm not a fan of quick access/frequent folder/recent files. I liked the windows 8 system. Reason is because I don't want people who use my computer to have quick access to files that are personal or nsfw. I don't to use a type of security system...
