BOOTMGR Missing, windows7 iso, only have usb drive, 1 gb, help?

anyone who can help me with an iso source download from a public library with a very effed up network, please do so if possible, i am without working phone or computer, have computer and plan for phone on sprint, any and all help would be greatly appreciated, thanx much. need iso asap, timers on these p.o.s. machines

any section on this forum with 7 iso's, cant find through search ATM

for sure, thanks, guess its off to sevenforums first then, just need to boot 10 onto this toshiba, need to save the drive and its data for the data owner..
