Windows 10: Application Error 1000

Application error 1000
I am using Macrium Reflect 6.3 (paid) and backing up from a Samsung SSD to a brand new "dedicated" WD BLACK 1TB within my computer. Speeds are great, but I keep getting this ERROR. I tried MANY things, but ALL FAIL.
Please HELP !!
For the past two months or so I have been getting this error along with a couple of freezes.

I constantly get an error: error 1000 Apllication.
Do you know what this is?

shows up when I try to launch the program .exe file from it's sub directory.
How do I get rid of notification since program is definitely NOT being updated.

Upon every shutdown I get the following error message:

I am running Windows 10 Build 10130. I have already tried the default troubleshooting procedures(clean boot, etc.)
