Removing microsoft smartscreen for my downloadable app

    Hi

i have a website iCalc ... We have not formally launched yet...

but I'm having a problem with WINDOWS 10 SMARTSCREEN blocking our downloadable calculator products which are built in .NET & Visual C++ ...

We already have an SSL Certificate for our site ... We purchased from COMODO

But anytime a new user downloads our calculators the WINDOWS SMARTSCREEN pops up with a Security Warning

Just so that you are clear about the problem this is not about how to turn off the windows smart screen on my end as a user but how to diss able the windows smart screen from popping up as one of my customers who are downloading my applications

How can I get this Windows SMARTSCREEN to go away ?

im willing to hire a certified Microsoft Developer that can help me solve this issue

    Hey RUBBERDUCKY

thanks for the quick reply I understand that part of the smart screen disabling for the end-user

but I don't think you actually understood what I was requesting from the point of view of myself as a commercial website offering people my applications

i'm not asking about how to disable the windows smart screen as a user

I'm asking to how to prevent the windows smart screen from popping up for the end user as a developer for my applications that people are downloading

Again thank you very much for your consideration but I actually need to how to find out how to make the windows smart screen disappear altogether in the part of my users

In my opinion, I don't think you can remove smartscreen filter because this is one of Microsoft built in protection against unrecognized apps. You can disable permanently that will not going to do anything.

In term of security, removing smartscreen filter will going to lower your protection, and plus is not a common thing to do.

    Thanks Ducky

again I sincerely appreciate your taking time to address this issue

yea I agree with what your saying here

as far as I've been able to determine so far it is a security shield that can only go away after our site and our product has had a certain number of downloads without complaints ...

but I need to know this for certain that this is the case

to talk with MS as a non devepoler they want between $500 and $1,000 just to ask a question...

I have posted to a MS forum the same question and contacted a professional MS developers company to see if there is a quicker way around this

if not my only solution is to ask my friends and my friends friends to download and accept the MS SMARTSCREEN security prompt and download anyway ...

again in thanks so much for your time
