Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has a problem printing some forms in Window 10

This has only started some time lately - possibly with in the last 2 weeks as I don't use it all the time.

The forms are produced by Australian Bridge Federation as System Cards for Bridge Players.

The forms are designed on some other application.

The Headers are provided on the form.

The rules that the bridge player follows are entered by the player in the cell adjacent to the Header.

Everything works fine until you go to print the form.

The printed form comes out with the Header as Blacked out in some cases or black lines thru the Header and going across the page.

The data entry in the adjacent cell is left untouched.

I can print the form from my other laptop and other printer ok.

I have spoken to Samsung - (C460FW Multi Function Laser Printer that is 15 months old ) and they reckon it is a Microsoft problem.

Other have said it is the Anniversary Upgrade of Windows 10.

    Any solutions ?

    Ross.

Does the Notebook/Laptop have the same Version and Build as the machine with the problem? Is the other printer the same as the problem?

Ask the federation about what they used to design those forms. Do they print okay in say Chrome with the embedded PDF on it, or in Foxit?

Ok. May take a little time to get an answer from ABF.
Yes they print ok from Foxit but I don't know whether it is from Chrome - I just put Foxit on my Desktop.

Don't really know what Version and Build really mean. My ASUS laptop seems to have different updates of Windows to my HP laptop.
The ASUS doesn't print properly. The HP laptop does. The both computer are supposedly up to date. The ASUS won't print to HP Printer properly and HP won't print to Samsung properly. Both produce the same problem. This form is the only one I print - normal printing seems to be ok from both printers.

Basics about checking the Version. Hold down Windows key and press R, type winver and press Enter to get the Version and Build numbers. Should be something on the order of Version 1607 Build 14393.321 for the most current or maybe Version 1511 for the previous version. The Build number in this example is 14393 and the .321 appears to be the latest update to that.
