    Every time i want to install something i get this

    a required privilege is not held by the client

    can any one please help

    Hi, suggest you try Tweaking.com's cautious repair tool, observing the cautious steps, and apply only the relevant fixes for permissions.

    ...and add items #26 & 27 -- I've used this tool many times! It fixes most problems. It never made it worse.
