How can i check modern app version?

Windows Store is not telling app version which is annoying. Are there any options to check it in Windows 10?

    Here you are:

Store Recent Activity of Downloads and Updates in Windows 10

Please note update checks are scheduled every 4 hrs, so these may be hard to keep track of.

You're welcome to give feedback to MS, and propose what you would like to have.

Thanks but not all apps are shown in Downloads and updates. It's still annoying that Microsoft won't tell app version in Windows store.

Forgive my curiosity, but why do you need to know the version?

    1. It is useful to report issues to developers
    2. To know if the app has been updated or not. There is no date and time which also suck
    3. To know if the app is brand new, or old

    sorry for my bad english
