    See the above- you can remove or add it as part of Windows features provided by your OS.
    If you can't find it, make sure that box is checked.

    In the Control Panel under Programs and Features there's a Turn Windows feature on or off link on the left. Or just type "Turn Windows feature on or off " in the Cortana Search box next to Start.
