Can I safely uninstall abfiles, abdocs, abphoto, foxit phantom pdf, cyberlink photodirector, cyberlink powerdirector and cyberlink powerdvd? I never used them.

Here's some more info below about these programs that come preinstalled with your Acer computer. They are safe to uninstall if you like.
Acer BYOC Apps (abApps) | abPhoto, abMusic, abFiles, abDocs
As mentioned earlier, the ab... files are associated with the Acer BYOC applications. If you don't use them, delete them.
Foxit Phantom PDF can be easily replaced with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for PDF reading, and with Microsoft's own Print to PDF for PDF creation.
The Cyberlink suite of apps provide functionality for your DVD/CD drives. If you don't burn CDs or DVDs, or shoot/edit video, they can be removed. However, if they are fully-functional apps, not merely 30-day trial versions, keep them. If you delete them and someday need them, you'll have to pay full price to replace them.
