    Problem solver?

Is this safe? If so, is it any good?
Found it on Google, but don't want to download (more) trouble, I already have Kaspersky.

Personally I steer clear of any downloads which make claims like that. If you are interested in exploring ways of increasing performance have a look at this tutorial: Optimize Performance of Windows 10

Stay FAR AWAY from those kinds of apps for your windows 10!!! They always end up doing MORE Damage to your system then helping your computer!!!

There are only 3 utilities I know to be reliable and they are free as well.

CCleaner / Glary Utilities / Wise Care 365 plus Windows inbuilt cleaner

Are you trying to solve a problem or just want a prevention tool?

Solve the problem 'incorrect username or password' on startup (I already have a question open about this and Brink is trying to help). I can manage to open in Admin mode now, but I think I'm going to have to take my pc back to the repair shop.
Thanks everyone, I'll leave Turbo well alone - I had a feeling I'd seen this advice before. I was hoping there might be a free clean up - but I'd probably be better advised to open my purse and get a professional to look at it.
