    Win 10 Pro (1709)

    Hello, considering Cortana's search primarily:
You should be aware of this MS policy:
Microsoft declares Cortana search box as Bing- and Edge-only turf | Computerworld

Now this was posted before the anniversary upgrade- I can't tell you if it works now, as I don't bother with Cortana search.
Bypass Windows 10 limitations and set desired search engine in Cortana
You can research further and try it or maybe someone will be kind enough to tell you.

    Remove Bing from Win 19

Thank You dalchina for the information.
I think I will wait and shop around to see if any ine has done this or something else just so I don't mess things up.
This damn Win 10 crash once on me already and it is a good thing I have a super computer repairman that straightened but some things have change from the original install from Win 7.
Thanks again for your help and if you hear of or think of something else please send it to me.
