    Has anyone met this issue?

    If it comes after startup, you can just remove it from startup entries, otherwise you have re-install Visual C++.

    Check, what version you have installed and reinstall that one, at worst you would have to install all since 2005 to 2015.

    For starters start with the newest one, install both x86 and x64,

    Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center

    Thanks!

    I don't have the startup entries calling this. I have installed VC++ 2015 x86 and reinstalled the x64 version. Let's see if it happens again.

    By the way, the error only happens occasionly after login the system. If it happened, only 1 time.

    Seems like the error's gone after I installed VC++ 2015 x86.
