    CCleaner License?

Is CCleaner Pro license a yearly fee? I've searched their site and can't find any info.

For many web sites, I think if the words do not include any mention of lifetime license, it's a yearly license.

    5. TERM AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES
The Services shall start on the date on which Piriform sends a confirmatory email to you confirming full payment of the support and update fees and issuing your user account details, and shall continue for a period of 1 year or for such other period as we may agree with you in writing.'

I got the above from the Piriform forum site.

Thanks! It took me awhile but I finally found it. Nothing like hiding something as important as that. This information should be out front and easy to find so that the consumer knows if there will be any additional fees to continue to use a product. Think I'll send them a email asking them about this. Their answer will help me to decide if I want to continue using the Pro version or switch back to the free version.

I just sent a email asking about the yearly license and if true what advantage does it offer. If I don't get or like the reply I'm going back to the free version.

I'm beginning to think the email i received was either a error or someone try to scam me. The auto reply that my email was received gave me a link to check my license info. There is no expiration date listed for CCleaner or Recuva. I'll know more when I get a reply to my email.

I received that email as well. I uninstalled it and went back to the free version. Perhaps I should install the Pro version again?

Are you folks using the 30-day trial versions? If yes, let me know if you have any functions and operations superior to the free versions, I'm interested! I've been using the free versions for years, and I have no idea what the Pro versions add to the Pool.

I do think of a possible scam, the expiration date they talked about was incorrect and the e-mail came a few months too late.

There's no difference between the two:
