    No apps in Build 10074

Hi. Was trying to access Mail in Windows 10. But it's nowhere to be found. The Apps say (empty). What happened? I went to the store. I installed it. But it still says the apps are empty. What can be done? I tried different things, like wsreset. Takes me back to the store. When I find the mail app, it says 'owned'. Where is it? This is puzzling.

Hi! Could you post a screenshot (Snippit) of where "The Apps" shows it is empty? Not clear on what "The Apps" is...

What I meant by The Apps, is the menu item as a shortcut. But never mind, I had been experimenting with Classic Shell, and even though it is the latest version, for Windows 10, it causes unexpected problems. Once I uninstalled it, things went back to what they should be. Thank you.

I see. Your original post mentioned nothing about Classic Shell. What you describe is a known issue and is being worked on by Ivo at Classic Shell. What some of us are doing in the meantime is using a substitute in the the Classic Shell start menu. If you like, you may try it, it is attached here. Simply download and unzip the file. Pin the .exe to Classic Shell start menu. You can change the name to anything you like. Dick...

Thanks, f14tomcat. Appreciate the tip of the start menu. I will try it. Although I have also been getting used to Win+X and the Explorer icon on the taskbar.
