I was wondering if there is a way to write a script for android phone which would enable for me to hear a noise of some sort when i receive a new voice mail? If yes, can someone give me an idea on how to do it coz my phone does not have the ability to do it on its own? Plz let me know.

You're definitely in the wrong place, this forum is for Windows 10 whereas Android is anoter operating system.
You might see some Apple stuff, but that is because some of it can be installed on Windows.
What make and model # phone do you have?
