My Cs 2 kept on freezing since changing to Windows 10 .
I have downloaded it again from Adobe but this one is not responding at all. the screen looks right with everything in the right place but that's it.
Help please, I checked the driver of my video card but that is updated.
    I'm on a laptop Samsung R530.

During everyone's travels with CS2 & CS3, has anyone confirmed or read that CS4 will work with Win10 Pro x64? I'm currently running CS4 on my Win 8.1 Pro x64, but concerns about CS4 making the leap to Win10 have kept me from upgrading. Thanx.

I think it would too, but since my work depends on CS4, I want to be sure before I grind my gears doing the upgrade. Murphy's Law is just waiting to rear its ugly head on me, which would mean downgrading back to Win8.1 if CS4 doesn't work in 10.

Thank you Computiac. I've always had bad results with Adobe's forums, but your link nailed it. I've gone through several of the posts at that link and it looks like a crapshoot. Sometimes it installs/works fine, sometimes not. Hmm...I just might have to roll the dice since I'd like to upgrade to Win10.

    Your welcome.
Several of the post's mentioned using compatibility mode, it may be an option for you also.

Yeah, I've considered compat mode. Another workaround might be to do the standard upgrade over Win8, leaving everything intact & working <crossing fingers>, instead of a clean install. But I hate doing that, as clean installs are always preferred and the most stable, though it'll chew up days getting prepared, then afterwards reinstalling & reconfiguring everything.

If you want to, you could do an upgrade and if everything works right, then do a clean install when you are ready to do it.

Yes, that's another option. In your experience & readings, has the reversion back to Win 8.1 from Win 10 (within the 30 day limit) been successful, in case Photoshop borks in Win10?
