MediaMonkey 4.1.24.1883 has been officially released.
MediaMonkey 4 Test Builds -- no MM4 test builds available--check out the MM5 forum - Page 24 - MediaMonkey forum

The title of the MM4 test build forum has chaned to "MediaMonkey 4 Test Builds -- no MM4 test builds available--check out the MM5 forum"

So from here on out I will only post MM5 beta build information until the finale release, unless MM4 needs an update after MSFT releases the April 2019 Win10 update and screws something up.

    Hi folks

    question for @Cliff S
Will this stream ripped DVD files -- I've loads ripped to .iso and decripted / de-regionalised.

I've installed KODI on an amazon fire TV stick to which reads multi media files on a server and plays on to a nice big (huge) remote TV -- the KODI software plays the iso DVD's just as a commercial DVD player would including menus subtitles etc etc.

As far as playing on a computer does Monkeymedia have the facility to play .iso DVD files as well as all the other usual stuff and can it stream video etc to remote devices -- I'm not sure if it can be installed on an android box but if it can then I'm willing to play with it.

BTW the easiest method of installing / side loading apps on to an amazon fire TV box / stick is simply to install on an android phone and then use the excellent apps2firetv to install from the phone on to the firestick -- I installed kodi that way too.

I like the look of monkeymedia so am interested if it will work good as a client system on a firestick.

    Cheers
    jimbo

I'm not sure as I ripped to FLAC always, sorry.
It might depend on if you have the filters installed on your system, like LAV filters for DVD and BluRay).

Version 5 is coming along really good.
I haven't posted an update for a while, but is anyone is interested: MediaMonkey 5.0.0.2227 Beta MM5 Test builds (5.0.0 Beta available) - Page 6 - MediaMonkey forum

Version 5 just blows version 4 out of the water
