    I LOVE Mediamonkey. I've had Gold for many yrs now. I like how editing the file in the Library will change it in explorer and play options are numerous, like playing by year of issue and syncing to devices for the car. I use the 5th Gen skin to remind me of the old iPod.

    By the Amazon Auto-Tag from the web option won't work anymore, I installed the Discogs Tagger 5.5.9: MediaMonkey Browse

    Defender will give a false positive, and won't let Edge or IE11 finish downloading it, so I had to use Chrome, and ignore the warning in Windows security center. I did check the file at Virus Total though

    Discogs is totally awesome!

    I guess the false positive is to do with how it can read and write to user folder(Music).

    on Windows it still runs up against that wretched file length restriction (266 bytes approx.) - until W10 supports REFS or another file system then anything using Windows explorer or any program making API calls to windows explorer (e.g to browse directories etc) will have a problem.

    I can't have files or directories looking like this in Windows and I'm not going through mega re-name exercise (there's about 4 TB of music on my system).

    It's not Media Monkey's fault but an inherent drawback of Windows file systems so I can't use this yet on Windows -- good product though.

Mediamonkey installer doesn't run in Software and Apps
I downloaded Mediamonkey and when I run its setup file, nothing happens and antimalware service starts to steadily use 50% CPU , I waited for 10 minutes and still the same. Does anyone know what's up here? Thank you.
