    You can't uninstall it per se, but you could attempt to turn it off; you'll probably encounter a ton of connection issues though!
    (Yes, that's all I have installed on my machine!)

    Why do you want to uninstall it? In general, you can't because there are lots of things in Windows 10 writing in .NET that depend on it...

    I agree.. but I would love to know why the OP would want to uninstall that. It's not like it's going to take up a lot of space on a SSD/HDD. And it could mess things up for other apps if removed.

    Well, it's about 5-600MB, which is fairly significant, particularly on a tablet or phone with limited storage.. but it's more or less required for Windows to function.
