Please Help Office 2016 Update Not Working

I hope i can get help here since i have been lucky before. I had to reformat my win 10 Pro 64 bit system. I installed office 2016 and every time i try to open it says it wants to update, and it crashes. I uploaded two screenshots. Very annoying. I tried 4 times uninstalling cleaning registry, also repair, no luck. But if i open an excel file or word file it opens no problem. But if i want to just open excel and choose new workbook, bingo it crashes. Please help anyone.

I would suggest you do a repair to the Office 2016 installation. This is easily achieved by going into Programs and Features (right click on the start button); select the Office 2016 entry and click on Change. You will then be given the option to repair your installation.

I did repair 4 times no luck. Thanks
