    Anyone here know how to use Microsoft Volume Licensing page?


    I bought 6 Microsoft Office Licenses.

    I put them in the Microsoft Office Volume Licensing page, however most options such as Licenses, Downloads and Key, etc are disabled, I don't know why, I already input the Authorization Number and License Key into the Volume Licensing page.

    What exaxtly am I missing?
    Do I need to go to the Administration Page and Request Permission again and input all the details again so that I can download Microsoft Office or is it something else?

    How long ago did you enter the details? When we purchase MSDN subscriptions, it takes a day or two for them to show up after we enter the details.

    I entered it on Friday, today is Tuesday now, the product still hasn't shown up in Microsoft Volume Licensing page.
    I don't even know who to contact at Microsoft for Support with this, anyone I contact keeps me sending from one phone line to another.

    Just want to know, is the procedure that I have done correct or not?

    One more thing, after inserting the authorization number and the license key I got an email from them that my product has been activated and it will show up in my Volume Licensing page in 2 to 3 hours but it's been 4 days now and nothing has shown up.

    Please help, I don't even know who to contact at Microsoft Support.

    Hi there

    The Wonders of "Off shoring" and "Globalisation" --Customer service IMO will soon be non existent from any organisation and the words erased from the English Language.

    What I usually do in these types of cases is to get to the Sales / Pre sales people --it's utterly amazing but if a business thinks you are going to BUY something you get connected to REAL HUMANS at the speed of lightning !!!!

    There must be loads of Sales offices in your area --Ms is going all out for service contracts so they must have sales staff out in the field. !!!
