Cant shop in THE STORE

I'm having the same issue-- can't find anyone discussing it anywhere else.

I just logged into the Store using the same build and was able to download Adobe Photoshop Express and install it without problems [other than not being terribly fond of the program].

Mine is working now-- unsure what has changed
