Hi Guys,

Following the recent RAM upgrade I conducted on my desktop, I had an Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap BSOD and it took me two or three tries to finally get Windows 10 started and running. I've done some research and the tests required to diagnose the issue are very time-consuming (up to 8 hours). Then, I came across a recommendation from one of the forums for this BSOD - SmartPCFixer.

I am wondering if this piece of software genuinely fixes the issue and is it safe to install it in my desktop, which runs the Windows 10 Home (64-bit). I want to know if the issue is caused by the newest RAM stick or was it the USB that was connected to the desktop at the time. Or was it due to some outdated third party software driver that I need to update.

Please advise.

Thank you,
