Upgrade from W7 to W10, Photoshop CS6 incompatible!?

Why is it that Illustrator, Blender, Acad, Inventor and Solidworks are not on the issue list but PS is?

Thing is, I did this upgrade not 4 hours ago on my laptop going from W8.1 to W10 and it didn't give me that incompatibility bs at all. PS worked just fine after the upgrade :/

Why not just go with the creative cloud?

This is from their official cs6 page.
Creative Cloud now includes Creative Suite Master Collection and Design Premium features

Letís be honest: Some software upgrades are necessary, and others are just nice to have. Upgrading from Creative Suite 6 to Adobe Creative Cloud falls into the first category: Itís essential.
CS6 is almost three years old, and Adobe has no plans to update it. Ever. In contrast, Creative Cloud features all the latest creative software, including more than 500 features that have been added since 2012. Want the latest version of Photoshop or Illustrator? You need to join to Creative Cloud.

Just a question, not knowing anything about the Notebook/Laptop maybe it's a hardware difference from the Desktop that is involved in the issue?

Sure, if you're willing to pay for me... It's only free for the first year.

I don't see how that could be a problem. My hardware did not change, only the OS. I'm upgrading from W7 to W10 on the same machine. My laptop went fine.
