@PDragon, doing a clean install is the last option, the last. We can use the ISO you downloaded yesterday to do what is called a Repair Install. It keeps all your files and programs, just refreshes the Windows 10 files. But first.... we need to get your system backed up! That is crucial. Please respond so we can proceed. Thanks.

What type of external drive do you have that hooks up to your laptop? How big? We need some info, please, on the size of your laptop drive and your external drive. OK?
