PDragon, I see you got the ISO downloaded, good! I still need to know WHEN you did the upgrade from 8.1 to 10... it's important. It may have a bearing on what we do next. The date. OK? Also, briefly tell me of any other funny weird stuff that may have happened, briefly. How about the Apps in Start Menu? They ok? Any crashes you can't explain? That sort of thing.

    I'll try to be available...

BEFORE you go tonight, please do one quick thing. At an ADMIN command prompt, type SYSTEMINFO and press enter. Look for the Original Install Date and tell me. OK???

Just use your mouse and right click on your start menu ....then you should see Command Prompt Admin ....hope this helps you. :)

PDragon, what Mike said will work to quickly get to a Command Prompt, just right click on the Start Button. If you've changed that to use Powershell Admin, that will work also for that command (SYSTEMINFO).

Appears you have left for the evening. Good night, and please post back that install date. Thanks, TC.
