I asked only because your connection to this forum did not break when you switched to your MS account. Anyway, Please go to the Action Center (bottom right in task bar), All settings, Update and Security, Advanced Options. Make sure you have "Give me updates for other MS products" checked. Backup up to Update and Security and click Check for Updates. If it finds the Cumulative Update (and other things), it will take a few minutes and make you restart. I will check back in a few minutes for the results. If it does not, please post right back. Or, you can PM me and I will see it. OK?

PDragon, go to this tutorial and download and run the batch file in Step 1. Windows Update - Reset in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums It will attempt to reset Windows Update. The error code indicates Windows Update is messed up.... you must restart after running the batch file. After your back up, try the updates again. I'll check back, or you can PM me and I'll see it wherever I am. To PM me, click on my avatar picture and choose "send private message".

All this ok with you? Please respond before you get disconnected. Thanks. And BTW, Welcome to the Forums!

Has to be from elevated command line. Admin Command. Unblock the downloaded file first.
