    @PDragon, doing a clean install is the last option, the last. We can use the ISO you downloaded yesterday to do what is called a Repair Install. It keeps all your files and programs, just refreshes the Windows 10 files. But first.... we need to get your system backed up! That is crucial. Please respond so we can proceed. Thanks.

    @PDragon, Hi!

    Did you download the Macrium app and install it?

    What type of external drive do you have that hooks up to your laptop? How big? We need some info, please, on the size of your laptop drive and your external drive. OK?

    Is the only drive you have the one inside your laptop? How big is it? An external drive is one you can hook up to your laptop using the USB port and do backups.

    @PDragon It's getting late. Do you want to continue this at some other time, or do something else? I can't do anything for you if I can't get answers. You need to help me if you want me to help you. Tell me now if you want to continue this process or quit. Please.
