    Windows Store

Okay I've installed "Classic Shell" to make my Windows act a little more like Windows 7. However in doing this, I seem to have lost my Windows Store. Anyone know how to get it back?

    Thanks

    1. What if you type windows store in the search box > Enter.

    2. Is there a box at the top of Classic Shell which allows you to toggle to Windows 10 own Start screen ? ( I just barely remember what Classic Shell looks like. So I am likely to be wrong on this.)

I did that and nothing comes up. I even turned off Classic Shell and went back to Windows 10 start menu and it's still not showing up. I hope I don't have to reinstall Windows to get it back.

No store is not listed there. I did go back to the Windows 10 own Start screen. Got any other ideas aside from reinstalling? Perhaps a repair?

Don't know what steps you need for to do the following since you use Classic Shell.

I am giving you step-by-step without Classic Shell................

Right click at Start button > select Run > type wsreset.exe in the box > OK.
    Reboot.
Make sure you sign in with your Microsoft Account.
    Now look for Windows Store.

There is an "Apps" folder inside Programs which has all the Metro apps. Or you can show it in the right column of the main Start menu using Customize Start Menu tab in Settings.

    Hello sparker, :)

If you like, you could create a new Store shortcut using the target location below for now.

    explorer ms-windows-store:

    I appreciate the efforts guys.

To Brink, the option to create the shortcut doesn't work as it creates a shortcut to the documents folder. Could this be that I am logging in locally with a PIN instead of a MS account?

Alas, when I create the shortcut Windows tells me I need to choose an application to run it, but doesn't allow me to choose anything

If that doesn't open Store, then it's an indication that you may have uninstalled Store.

If so, then see if the tutorial below may be able to restore it.
