It's alright, don't apologize. I need all of the help I can get. I think I should just go with Dalchina's method of installing Windows again. I'm going to use the media creation tool to do so. Thank you. I'll get back when it installs again, as it took an extremely long time the first time. Here goes nothing!

Glad you got it fixed.. the Powershell command to reinstall apps seems to be working these days for those who've tried it.. for months after build 10586 came out it no longer did- unfortunate it didn't work in your case.
