    Hi yes, sorry for the late response. I reinstalled windows through the media creation tool and now everything is more smooth than before. Thanks for the help

    Glad you got it fixed.. the Powershell command to reinstall apps seems to be working these days for those who've tried it.. for months after build 10586 came out it no longer did- unfortunate it didn't work in your case.
