David it needs to be upgraded to version 6 first, it look's like you're on version 5 still. http://knowledgebase.macrium.com/dis...w+in+Version+6

    David also:

Version 6 was released on 16th February 2015.

Any v5 licenses purchased on or after 1st November 2014 are entitled to a FREE upgrade to v6. We are happy to be able to offer an upgrade discount of 40% to 50% (depending on v5 edition owned) for any licenses purchased before this time. You will be able to see your upgrade options by entering your license key or purchase email address on the Upgrade page:
    UPGRADE FROM V5
Any v5 licenses purchased more than one year ago are no longer directly supported but the KnowledgeBase and Support forum for version 5 are still accessible for help on using the product and to post questions for the user community.

I have been using the paid V5 on my main machine for years and the free V5 on other ones.

But the free V6 adds a few extras as noted earlier such that I now see no reason for me to pay for the V5 to V6 upgrade.

It is very quick to start up as well. V5 was very clobby starting.

V6 free rules!! (for me, anyway).

    Tried the upgrade link.
It wouldn't load after clicking submit.

    Edit---

    Got it to work.
    They want money.
    I'll keep v.5.

Macrium Reflect Free update Current Version: 6.0.708 (29 June 2015)
    Bug Fixes: v6.0.708

    • File and Folder 'Add Folder' browse button disappearing
Certain dialog controls are moved when the Windows Font setting is changed, this caused the 'Browse' button in the 'Add folders' File and Folder backup dialog to be hidden. This has been resolved.
    • Microsoft Exchange retention rules
MS Exchange backups may not run the retention and consolidation rules specified in the backup definition. This has been resolved.
    • Crash during backup
A program error could occur if multiple backups are sent to the same target folder from different PC's at the same time. This has been resolved.
    • License dialog error
When registering Macrium Reflect the license dialog could prevent execution with an error 'The license key has not changed'. This has been resolved.
    Bug Fixes: v6.0.688

    • ReDeploy issue
Macrium ReDeploy could become unresponsive when scanning certain INF files for drivers. This has been resolved.

If this issue affects you then please create fresh Windows PE rescue media after updating.

    You're welcome:).

One more note I found in the Bug Fixes--- you should update your recovery disk too.

You're welcome Gary. Don't forget to test the Recovery disk, by booting to it, after you have updated it, to make sure it works before it's too late.

I did not have v5 when I bought v6. It cost me $55.00 , it is worth every Penney of it.
