Windows Media Player - Media Guide Not Present?

    Hi,

I have recently purchased a new laptop and then upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 using the updater. I have Windows Media Player as a Tile when I press the start menu and this App opens and plays my music in the same way as previously. However, I also wish to listen to a range on Internet Radio Stations, which on my old laptop were available through activating Media Guide .... despite following all instructions in an attempt to find and activate Media Guide in this Media Player (looks like Ver 12), there are no check-boxes, or any other links available to activate Media Guide.

How do I activate Media Guide so that I can listen to Internet Radio?

A Google search reveals a set of instructions that include customising the Navigation Bar, but I don't have the specific check-box specified. Also, I've been through the route of attempting to manage libraries - no Media Guide there either.

    Anybody got any clues?

I don't think it is part of the WMP interface anymore. However, you can access the content at http://www.windowsmedia.com/radioui/home.aspx .
