    Windows 10 BDate 7-21-15 Internal Part KW9-00140 STORE APP Wont Start


    I have tried every conceivable solution that I have found on this subject,

    I have ran PowerShell remove and install commands.

    I have ran the create new user profile

    After all this wasted time and effort I have NO Solution?

    The installation disc used was Label part X18-45392 Windows 10 64BIT English 1PK DSP OEI DVD

    Of ALL the installs those that were an UPGRADE to WIN10 (from WIN7 - WIN8) have ran flawlessly.

    This disc once installed then updates is BREAKING the STORE and other APPS.

    If anyone could help I would really say thank you and thank you again....

    Install Windows 10 from a DVD or USB Flash Drive created with Media Creation Tool:

    Yes Sir, That makes perfect sense.

    For clarity,

    After creating the installation software during the install I would use my oem key located on this Microsoft Issued Disc?

    (I have since placed it on the box itself.)

    Yes, enter the Windows 10 OEM product key. The Windows version on the disk is build 10240. The latest download you get from Microsoft is build 10586 which will have some bug fixes included and, in my experience, installs and runs better right from the start.

Again as the title states; the beta store will not open in build 10147. Does anyone have any info on how to get the store to run?; because apparently in this build they did away with the green store app so there is only the beta one.
