Windows 10: Online radiostation starts playing by itselfs !?!
Online radiostation starts playing by itselfs !?!
I have a strange thing going on...
Every once in a while a local radiostation comes on without me asking for it.
After a long search, i found that a process called "window.media.backgroundplayer.exe" is doing this .
When i stop that process, the music stops...
But sometimes the next day and sometimes the next week or so, it's there again...
Can someone tell me why this is happening ?
I have Windows 10 Pro (64bit) on a desktop I5-processor
Thanks for any info ;-)
Thanks for your reply !
I have malwarebytes in full version.
but it says my system is clean even after a full scan.
Any other idees ?
When i start up my notebook half the time it hits a BSOD as it starts up (after windows load, or when you see the login screen)
Thanks for your help.
This isn't the only game I've had this issue, I have also had it on Heroes of the Storm (Which also worked on low settings) and Star Wars Battlefront Beta (Did not test on lower settings)
There was no BSOD, but computer crashed and restarted so...
Been getting a __lot__ of display driver crashes, mostly while playing Elder Scrolls Online, but sometimes other games as well, and sometimes while just watching a Youtube video!
Some snippets from Event Viewer :
after upgrading from Win7 Ultimate with Office 2007 to Won10 pro, every time I star Excel or Word or PowerPoint the Windows Installer screen appears and then asks for Microsoft Visual Studio Team System 2008 Development Edition.ENU disk.
