    Password Protected Programs


    I just want to know what software is available that lets you password protect any program you want. Something that is not
    a password manager.

    What are you trying to do ie stop others running a program?

    You can change permissions so only you can execute it.

    Of course, other users would have to logon with their own account.

    Hi mike17,

    I've never even heard of doing that, so I did some checking. There are some programs that seem to allow for this. See below.

    The below links are only examples of two. These are not recommendations, as I know nothing about them. If you do some Google searches, I think you might find a handful more.
