Problem after removing and reinstalling apps

So I am a new windows 10 user - got a new computer and it came with windows 10.
I went looking for a way to remove the apps I didn't want, and got a bit excited and removed too many, so then I looked for a way to put them back, I followed all the directions and steps but I am left with some weird things on my start menu and I wonder if anyone can please tell me how to remove them or if I did something wrong? Thanks so much

    Suggestion only:
    Run a Reset option.
Start button > left side, click Settings > select Update and Security > left side, click Recovery > right side, under Reset this PC, click the Get Started button > follow the prompts from then on.............

thank you, that's something I had thought of trying, but maybe someone has a fix for this without me having to do that?

Oddly enough, I was trying to fix a problem where Cortana couldn't access my Location, when everything was set up properly, so I wanted to re-register it. Having run the Powershell command (for all apps) I encountered what you show above (or very similar- the list looks very similar indeed, so there's probably a pattern- suggested in the other thread).

I'd just updated my disk image (hint!) and restored it. It then took quite a while to find a command specific to Cortana - thought that would be easy- and ran that. That was fine and my problem was finally solved, and all other apps were untouched.
