AVG Web Tune Up. How do I get rid of it?

I installed AVG Free Virus protection. After a week or so, I was prompted to install AVG Web Tune Up. at a moment of stupidity I allowed it to install. My pc has not been the same since. I found a post on bleeping computer.com about this and how to uninstall it. I uninstalled it with a program called IOTuninstall. I thought. But the program is still there somewhere. The C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Packages\windows_ie_ac_001\AC\AVG Web TuneUp recreated itself and is eating up disk again. I think this is also *$%^& with my wireless internet connection also. How do I get rid of this malware?
