Hi again!
This morning I went to use "OneNote" the icon is there, but when I click on it, it appears for a second and then vanishes and the program will not open. I have used it before so I know it was originally working a few days ago.
Does anyone have any thoughts? :)
What version is this? 2010? 2013? Also, is this a "native" app that you installed or is it a Store version?

Sorry for a reply to such an old thread (over 100 days old), but I just had exactly the same thing happen to me as to Penny Dreadful, and Admin's guidelines seemed to be ok if directly related.
My OneNote was working on my machine earlier today, came back later to add something to it, clicked on the icon and nothing. Searched my machine for other options, and can't find an 'executable' for it (neither one on my wife's machine, which has OneNote working fine), so only the Start list icon available. I also checked Mark Phelp's "Store problem" link, but there doesn't seem to be anything there related to this (OneNote is not in that thread). My copy of OneNote also came with my Win10 install, but since I can't execute or 'find' the app, I have no idea what version it is/was.
Running Win 10 Pro, on a Dell XPS13 9343.
Sorry again for the old-thread revisit, and I'd be happy to open a new one if more appropriate.
