I've just clean installed Windows 10 but I don't know what apps and programs I should install. Any suggestions?
NOTE: There is absolutely nothing on my PC

If you are not using Microsoft Office, try the free office suite LibreOffice. I switched to LibreOffice from Office 2007. Meets all my home office needs.

As above, its hard to recommend things without knowing what you want to do
Start with the built in apps, see how they work, if you find them lacking look for alternatives
eg
News, Sport, Money, Weather, Photos, Groove (music app), Movies and TV (has your local videos in it)
