Windows 10 automatically downloads games and apps I DO NOT WANT!!

    Windows 10 automatically downloads games and apps I DO NOT WANT!!


    immediately after I installed the Windows 10 upgrade, Windows 10 automatically starts downloading and installing games and apps I DO NOT WANT or will ever use! it keeps installing Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga, and some 3D building apps and utilities I will NEVER use!! no matter how many times I remove them, they just redownload themselves. They were NOT on my previous version of Windows (8.1) so I have NO CLUE on why it is downloading them on Windows 10. why is it keep downloading these apps I never use or ever have used and how do I make it stop?

    hmm that seems kinda strange. perhaps theres a virus or something somewhere.

    so Microsoft is housing viruses in their Windows 10 upgrade? Windows 8.1 did not have this issue and AVG Internet Security 2015 (paid) does not find anything and it didn't on Windows 8.1 either

    It's not a virus, it is just what Windows does. You can uninstall them if you like.

    this is a thing the windows does, candy crush is a popular game on pc

    Feel free to uninstall any apps that are supplied with Windows 10 (for free). Once uninstalled, they should stay uninstalled.
    Windows has always come with some games.

    Some ways to uninstall:
    Uninstall Apps in Windows 10

    If you search that for candy for example, you'll even find a way using Powershell if you so wish.
