Exactly. It will be fixed. If you don't want bugs wait until any potential bugs (if they exist) have been ironed out in new releases. Keep an eye on reports of problems and update if major issues have been reported and subsequently fixed.

Installing previous over the buggy-update is the easiest way however.............

True but i've had installs overwrite files before. I'm using an alternative to CCEnhancer but it uses the same files. Just always back these up before upgrading or downgrading then copy them back.

Well I'm running Windows 11 Pro along with CCleaner Pro v6.03 and my system restore is off ....never was turned on.

That's good! All was fine here to until I ran CCLeaner 6.03 the first time, then it was on.

I've run CCleaner many many times during a single day TC ....always have. Just ran it 5 mins ago. Its not affecting my system restore ....no idea why.

It looks like you disabled it somehow as that message isn't the one you get when you simply turn off protection. Maybe it's a group policy thing?
